Nterway USA is currently looking for a talented Club Store Manager.
Job Title: Club Store Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Costco regional sales calls.
· Management, support, and development of broker network.
· Management and execution of Road Show including budget and spending.
· Sales budget, promotional spending forecasting management.
· Responsible for maintaining accurate sales reports.
· Work with department director on product rollout tactics.
· Extensive travel planning, meeting scheduling and execution.
· Create compelling selling stories for presentation to Costco.
SKILLS:
· Solid understanding of Club store business.
· Experience in sales planning and execution. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
· Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Firm understanding and strong capabilities in the area of sales management.
· Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
· Ability to thrive in a growing, changing environment.
· Exceptional ability to organize and execute.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Must be self motivated and goal oriented.
· Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively.
· Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
· Experience with Asian food preferred, but not mandatory.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
· BA degree preferred but not required.
· 10+ years experience in food industry, preferably some in the club sales channel.
· 10+ years experience in working with food brokers.
· 5+ years experience in working with Club stores i.e.; Costco, Sam’s, BJ.
