For more information about our company, visit our website at www.inbodyusa.com. <strong>Job Description </strong> Provide comprehensive training of the body composition analyzer applications to new clients, providing prompt, online, and in-field support to the client while maintaining a high level of technical expertise in all aspects of the InBody products <strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong> - Train of InBody employees to successfully operate InBody products - Provide training on a variety of clinical and research applications - Support InBody's existing users by installing, fine tuning, maintaining, and troubleshooting InBody products and applications - Demonstrate and present new body composition analyzer applications to wide audience - Publish research/marketing materials for InBody's network - Work closely with off-shore R&D team to update and monitor product-related clinical documentation and studies - Monitor product-related clinical trials to ensure that investigators are conducting the research within requirements of the clinical protocol - Perform initial qualification visits of potential investigators - Evaluate the capability of the site to successfully manage and conduct the clinical study, both clinically and technically - Serve as primary contact between the InBody network and clients and coordinate all correspondence - Ensure timely transmission of clinical data as requested <strong>Required Education and Experience </strong> - Bachelor's Degree required in Biology, Kinesiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Nursing or any medical-related science - Must have customer service skills and healthcare industry experience - Must clarify the internal products certification training within a probation period - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Current CA Driver's License and clean DMV driving record - Travel up to 10-20% <strong>Competencies</strong> - Flexibility - Communication Proficiency - Collaboration Skills. - Customer/Client Focus. - Technical Capacity. <strong>Other Duties</strong> Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
