Requirement
– College degree (hospitality or culinary school graduate preferred)
– 1~2 years working experience in the Food Service Industry
– Bi-lingual (English & Korean)
– Understanding and cooking knowledge of Korean foods

Roles & Responsibilities

Store management(30%)
– Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant
– Praparing daily, weekly, & monthly reports relating store operation
– Recruiting, training, and managing staff
– Checking stock levels and ordering supplies

Kitchen management (70%)
– Responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen
– Preparing food preparation and cooking menus
– Checking and ordering supplies using in the kitchen
