    Summary/Objective
    The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/ employment and employment law compliance.
    Essential Functions
    • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
    • Process Bi-Weekly Payroll
    • Lead the recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques and implementation of innovative and efficient programs to ensure the hiring and retention of the best talent; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and writes and places advertisements.
    • Conduct I-9 internal audits and follow up corrections
    • Administers all LOA
    • Administers workers comp claims, file 300 report, conduct or follow up investigation with managers and prepare the workers comp insurance
    • Follow up Visa/Green card processing
    • Manage employee file and conduct exit interviewing (G2~G4)
    • Maintains company organization charts and the HR Index.
    • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
    • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
    • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Review Cash and AR/AP activities and prepare general ledger entries to ensure transactions are timely & accurately reflected in the general ledger
    • Reconcile AR sub-modules to the general ledger for all entities
    • Review and prepare reconciliations to ensure all cash, payables and accrual accounts are reconciled in a timely manner
    • File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports
    • Assisting with annual audit by preparing financial information and supporting schedules
    • Responsible for various activities in the Accounts Receivable function for multiple locations.
    • Daily sales audit
    • Assist with month-end financial reports
    • Post journal entries
    • Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Support the payment processing team

    Basic Qualifications
    • Master’s degree with 1+ yrs of directly related experience
    • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ yrs of directly related experience
    • Associate’s degree with 5+ yrs of directly related experience
    Preferred Qualification
    • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines required
    • Bilingual in English/Korean (verbal/written) preferred
    • Attentive to detail and accurate
    • Leadership skills
    • Advance with Excel, Word, Power-point
    • Advance SAP skills preferred

    JOB TITLE: Operation Coordinator

    REPORTS TO: Operation Manager

    SUMMARY
    Operations Coordinator is responsible for the execution of various Operations projects, such as development of standard operating procedures and establishing protocols for company. This position provides project management and administrative support to the Operations department, Restaurant management, and to Operations Manager.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
    • Provides project and administrative support to Operations manager.
    • Coordinate project timeline and follow up on deadlines
    • Schedule team meetings and prepares meeting materials and monitors department budget.
    • Implement program instruction guides and standard operating procedures associated with Operations initiatives
    • Ensure communication to operation department on any initiatives, changes, and updates affecting Operations planning
    • Coordinate implementation of projects, involving various departments, restaurant management, and vendors
    • Prepare master project schedule, communicate actions requested from Operations manager, and develop and monitor implementation roll-out schedule
    • Perform special projects as requested, such as new Operations checklists
    • Provides general project coordination, including arranging travel, ensuring communication to all parties, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking project changes
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experiences in Hospitality field are preferred
    • 3+ years of Restaurant Experience are required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Accuracy and detail oriented
    • Passion in Hospitality Industry
    • bilingual in Korean and English preferred
