Job Scope and Responsibilities
· Analyze Monthly operating results against prior year and annual business plan, providing explanation and business solutions
· Review expense control standard for Affiliates and seek ways for cost reduction
· Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement
· Establish company-wide Key Performance Index and follow up performance results regularly
· Set up standard and control management fee
· Support and review finance issues on M&A and new business registration
· Coordinate corporate board meeting and maintain corporate book
· Review and keep track of company-wide contract
· Review and control credit line
· Other duties as assigned and required
Job Qualifications
– Effective organizational and communication skills
– Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with results driven
– 7+ years of experience in finance management (Corporate finance experience is a Plus)
– Proficiency with MS office
– Minimum B.S. degree in business administration
– Bilingual highly preferred (must be proficient in English, basic reading/writing Korean)
