CHA Health Systems, Inc. is the holding company that serves as the Corporate Headquarters and manages the CHA Group’s US entities, which includes Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and CHA Fertility Center in Los Angeles. We are currently seeking a Director of Operations to manage our US entities. The parent company of CHAHealth Systems, Inc. is CHA Bio & Diostech Co., LTD., a publically traded company in South Korea (KOSDAQ).

Responsibilities:

Serve as the communication point between the U.S. and S. Korea Operations

Oversee all finance and administrative services and needs of the Company with emphasis on the quality and integration of budget/finance with development

Participate in development of long-range strategic plans, governance structure and objectives

Present monthly performance reports

Develop and implement corporate operating policies

Develop and execute new business initiatives

Establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities.

Consult with all segments of management responsible for policy or action.

Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed

Reports to the Chief Operations Officer of company

Requirements:

Fluency in Korean and English, both oral and written preferred

Management experience in the Healthcare industry

Operations & project management experience

Proven ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives as well as execute action by identifying, developing, and introducing effective performance reporting mechanisms
