Hands-on monitoring of the manufacturing Team’s daily performance; appraising job results; coaching counseling/disciplining and training Teammates, adhering to all company rules , policies and procedures. Assigns, directs and coordinates work activities; motivating Repair Team and Team Leads to achieve desired results. Ensures that all teammates understand their work assignment, train as needed, including operational and quality requirements Monitor Repair Team performance and instruct / re-instruct teammates as needed. Continuously develop the skills of Teammates and Team Leads Executes the Repair Team schedule by assigning Teammates; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results. Process all applicable inventory, payroll and attendance paperwork Performs the various daily audits as required.
