We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team and grow with us. The individual joining our team will receive training in the Staffing industry and will begin with managing the account with the Tesla Supplier. The position has the potential to grow into the Office Manager role of the Union City, CA location.
Position Classification: Account Management and Development Specialist (Bilingual Korean)
Department: Sales
Location: Union City, CA (Initial training will take place in LaGrange, GA)
Pay: DOEResponsibilities
Partners with corporate management in assessing local employment market to determine strategies to support regional recruiting initiatives
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, protocols, and operating procedures in order to mitigate risk and protect the branch and corporate resources, including maintaining compliance
Create a climate of success, positivity, and harmony within the office
Lead and collaborate with branch staff in recruiting efforts and actions to build a consistent applicant pool
Coordinate with clients to ensure appropriate number of qualified staff is sourced and assigned in a timely manner
Handle all client related issues in terms of needs, complaints, requests, suggestions, etc.
Regularly make client visits to obtain feedback and facilitate communication
Build and maintain relationships with clients and become knowledgeable of the needs of all of the accounts he/she is managing
Lead the development of strategies to obtain new accounts, resolve issues with problem accounts, and maintain success
Coordinate with the corporate management to manage budgeting, forecasting, credit and collections, and overall success of the office
Maintain timely communication with the corporate management regarding critical issues and risk factors

Bachelor’s degree (Prefer Business Administration or related field)
Must be willing to partake in a minimum of 1-month training in LaGrange, GA
Must be fluent in Korean and English (Written and Verbal)
2-3 years of related experience
People management experience
Strong entrepreneurial skills and sense of responsibility
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time
Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
Interpersonal skills, including ability to persuade and motivate
