7. Detailed Job Descriptions
A. Planning, Reporting and Forecast Analysis
– Maintain cash flow and responsible for regular reporting such as weekly, monthly forecast and
annual planning
– Monthly & Quarterly closing report
– Coordinates preparation of corporate budgets and forecast
B. Finance & Accounting
– Control the process of AR, AP expense reimbursement and billing to clients
– Perform daily inventory reconciliation
– Take employee sales and issue invoices
– Support corporate income tax return
– Payroll and tracking PTO and other associated deductions
– Review all journals regarding daily and monthly transactions in finance operation
– Manage Banking and Credit Card reconciliation
