    Program Director Position Overview


    As a program director, you are simultaneously a leader, educational counselor, and business developer. By working closely with students and parents to help them find academic and personal success, and by taking ownership of your center’s growth and operations, you are the foremost representative of C2 Education’s philosophy, and the key to C2 Education’s success.



    Program Director Job Responsibilities


    · Manage student enrollment and renewals to drive center performance
    · Conduct academic consultations with parents and students and recommend a customized study plan and enrollment option for each student.
    · Hire, manage, and provide ongoing observations and coaching to an assistant director and tutoring staff.
    · Ensure compliance with center operational procedures, facility maintenance, and data reporting.
    · Meet company scheduling metrics by managing efficient student and tutor schedules.
    · Process biweekly center staff payroll.
    · Conduct regular conferences to update parents and students on students’ academic progress.
    · Continuously build expertise in K-12 education and college admissions.
    · Actively participates in company meetings and training sessions.
    · Serve as C2’s brand ambassador by by running events and building relationships with schools and the surrounding community.
    · Work collaboratively with corporate marketing team to develop and implement local marketing strategies.


    Program Director Qualifications

    · Strong interpersonal & communication skills
    · Effectively leads and manages students, parents, and staff
    · Effectively prioritizes various responsibilities to complete them in a timely and accurate manner
    · Displays high levels of empathy and understanding for students and parents
    · Strives for operational excellence in all areas, with proactive entrepreneurial spirit
    · Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) required
    · Background in management or consultative sales preferred
    · Bilingual in English and Korean or Mandarin preferred

    Assistant Director Position Overview

    As an assistant director, you work closely with the program director to provide support in center management, student management, and customer service. For qualified Assistant Directors, there will be opportunities to be promoted for a Program Director role.




    Assistant Director Job Responsibilities


    · Manage all administrative office tasks
    · Monitor daily center activities
    · Review student programs and ensure academic achievement
    · Participate in local marketing activities to help grow your center’s tutoring and test prep business
    · Answer all telephone calls and greet parents and students when they come into C2
    · Basic Computer skills (word, excel, IE)
    · Strong potential for increased responsibility in leadership and management in the future



    Assistant Director Qualifications


    · Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required
    · Enthusiastic, outgoing, and team oriented personality
    · Detail oriented and organized
    · Displays high levels of empathy and understanding for students and parents
    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    · Basic Computer skills (word, excel)
