This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and
motivating the Business Development areas. This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business
development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Business Development Specialist (Full time position)
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience within IT/e-commerce Business Development, Marketing and related fields.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Plan, develop and execute marketing programs that support and recruit new affiliates
•Maintain strong relationship with the affiliates
•Report issues and trends in E-commerce/IT industries to the president on a daily basis
•Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy
•Work on strategic and completive market analysis
•Prepare customized research study
•Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability
•Develop, review, and report on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and
executed by the team
•Develop contacts and business relationships among medium to high net worth individuals
•Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
•3+ years of experience in related fields (Business Development, Marketing, etc.)
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Excellent presentation skills
•Fluent speaking and writing in English
•Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
•Resourcefulness in solving problems
•Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
•Strong Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
•Strong information gathering and information monitoring abilities
•Superior professionalism and judgment
•Strong work ethic
•Must be Bilingual (Korean/English)
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and an computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education and/or Experience:
•A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is PLUS
