포지션: Business Development Manager-Korea
Responsibility:
• This position will be accountable for the development and execution of creative sales strategies for existing customers and new customers to grow business in Korea as Account Manager for individual accounts.
• Responsible for driving all sales and transaction increase related activities. Candidate should understand the customer needs, identify/generate the opportunity, qualify, develop, negotiate & close the opportunities with customers.
• Benefit acquiring and issuing businesses with broader value chain to achieve their business goals and differentiate Alipay from its competitors.
• The ideal candidate shall have proven sales skills in selling and partnerships for Payment/VAN/banking/finance advertising related solutions to major banks/finance institutions/Social Commerce/VAN/Department Store/Duty Free/TELCOS/1st tire Merchant.
• New business development to expand acceptance at new merchant segments and execute merchant programs to drive usage at new merchant segments
• This person shall have the capability to maintain current customer relations & building new customer relations in major banks/finance institutions/Social Commerce/VAN/Department Store/Duty Free/TELCOS/1st tier Merchant.
• Implement partner strategy that support the market development plan and drive incremental revenue to Alipay that creates value for acquirers and issuers alike in Korea. Strong focus on traditional payment tools as well as the market roll out of new product initiatives such as O2O.
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years of Direct Sales experience in major banks/finance institutions/Social Commerce/VAN/Department Store/Duty Free/TELCOS/1st tier Merchant.
• Understanding of Transaction Technologies and competitive vendor and reseller environment
• Excellent Understanding of Korean Merchant
• Experience in selling and BD achievement in Korea
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Strong Relationship Skills.
• Should have Proven Sales Track records.
• Able to think out-side of box
• Desperate, Passionate in nature, Self-driven and highly motivated
• Solid experience in business development in the local market, preferably in cards and/or payment industry, with demonstrated success of driving profitable business growth
• Good analytical skills and negotiation skills
