Position: Business Development Manager – GMT
Country of location: Seoul & Bundang, South Korea
Skills & Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of IT sales in the area of selling Software, applications or IT Services in KOREA market
- (Preferably) Background of selling to Telecom Industry with Telecom domain Knowledge
- Should be a performer in sales and must have produced results.
- (Preferably) should have past working experience with a multi- national company.
- should be fluent in written and spoken English
- should have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives and demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships. It is preferable to have a working knowledge of off-shore/ far-site models.
Education: Preferably an MBA or Graduate from a Business education background
Key role and responsibilities:
You will be selling IT services to the customers; you will cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for Telecom accounts, mainly Korea Telecom. Generating business from accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements. In addition, also enhancing business from existing Korea Telecom achieving consistent contribution and collection norms – Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the pre sales, delivery & project teams achieving committed service quality norms – Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory. – Understanding of technology and Telecom domain platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
