. Perform feasibility studies to assess viability and potential success of proposed business opportunities.
. Analyze market trend, competitive landscape, and customer needs to find potential business growth.
. Utilize strategic networking initiatives to identify and cultivate new business.
. Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
. Evaluate licensing opportunities and determine feasibility of product development initiatives.
. Act as the main liaison for business development activities and represent the company in all interactions.
. Present proposals, such as pricing structure and contract terms, to prospective clients, wihle negotiating contracts and agreements.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts align with the company’s goal, comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies/procedures, and execute business initiatives.
. Manage and analyze sales pipeline, progress, and sales trends, while generating leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
. Oversee all phases of business development activities, including resolution of business development issues.
. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to business development activities.
. Support establishment of new teams and facilitate smooth transitions during the launching phase.
. Lead efforts to train team members, support talent management, and develop a high-performing team.
