Additionally, you will use data-driven approaches to identify root causes to problems and develop new business processes and solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage company-wide data systems, supporting data governance for the business • Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement • Identify root causes to problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions • Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements • Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements. Necessary Attributes & Skills • Experience with analyzing large sets of data, including master data management • Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience • Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time Background/Experience • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred • At least 3-4 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, process improvement, or similar role I agree to the terms of service Update List
