CORPORATE TITLE: First Vice President
Salary Range is $80,000/yr-$120,000/yr.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for the direct management of the branch. Knowledge of bank operation is necessary to provide management and guidance to the Operations Officer and staff. May maintain and develop a loan portfolio. The grade level depends upon the level of experience and size and complexity of the branch.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
• Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the management.
• Develop annual Branch Budget under the direction of the CEO and follows up to determine any deviations.
• Actively solicit new large depositors and assists the other officers were needed in their solicitation
• Develop a marketing plan for the branch service area
• Participate in monthly management meetings
• Comply fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
• An extensive knowledge of Bank Operations and Lending procedures
• Ability to train new personnel and evaluate their performance
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to manage multiple responsibilities, lead, mentor and motivate the team
• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year University
• Minimum of 10 years in Bank Operations and or Lending experience
