    Familia Dental has a full time opportunity available for a

     

    Full-Time Bookkeeper 

     

     for it’s Schaumburg, IL location.

     

    Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper include:

    • QuickBooks or Peachtree

    • AP/AR

    • Bank reconciliation

    • Tracking fixed assets

    • Preparation month end customer statements

    • Payroll preparation

    • Compilations

    • Financial Statement preparation

     

    Requirements for the  Bookkeeper include:

    • Associates degree in accounting or equivalent of education and experience.  

    • Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision, display high level of professionalism, ability to problem solve and good communication skills, written and verbal.
