Job Summary: The primary responsibilities include monitoring and basic response to system issues for client companies, continuously improving systems, and escalating issues based on report requests. This role requires a fundamental understanding of production and logistics systems, as well as basic programming concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and report critical issues related to existing application systems.
Develop and propose solutions or alternative approaches for better information services.
Share system knowledge with team members to ensure there is a backup member when someone is absent.
Identify and apply new technologies and trends to IT systems and software.
Act as a liaison with the IT departments of customers and partners.
Analyze applications using programming languages and participate in system improvements within applications and infrastructure.
Research for enhancements or improvements to IT systems.
Monitor system errors and performance, and resolve them appropriately and timely.Job Details

Work Days: 5 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Work Hours: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm
Salary: To be determined after the interview (starting at $60,000/year)
