CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES o Lead internal/external projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of strategies. o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time. o Evaluate business needs and initiate analysis to support project evaluation results. o Work with cross functional teams including warehouse employees, colleagues and senior management on issue identification, business requirement gathering, operational process analysis and solution formulation. o Provide daily, weekly, or monthly status update or presentation to senior management team. o Design warehouse storage layout using current on-hand inventor and forecast to meet the State’s requirements. o Design warehouse office layout and prepare furniture plan.
