SUMMARY Business Operation Assistant takes on the administrative responsibilities of the restaurant store and HQ. This position is in charge of research, manage ordering, taking inventory of stock, maintaining records of purchase and sales and assisting in event planning of all restaurant stores. Some knowledge of food preparation preferred. Also, track the sales of each stores, record all data from the back report and analyze the sales trend. The coordinator usually works directly under the Business Operation manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Job duties include but are not limited to the following: • Input all invoices and track inventory rate • Record and track the sales for each stores from all date of the back report • Analyze the sales trend of each stores • Assist the entire operation process if needed • Update the inventory report and control inventory level • Assist to coordinate all special event • Prepare and assist in various reports and events • Visit Bibigo restaurants frequently QUALIFICATIONS • Passion in Hospitality Industry (restaurant business) • BA/BS degree or equivalent experiences in Hospitality field are preferred. • Entry level • 1~2 years of Restaurant Experience are required • Computer Savvy • Accuracy and detail oriented • English Korean bilingual is a must Please send resume to cindykim@cj.net I agree to the terms of service Update List
