Territory North America (US, Canada and Mexico)Role summary:
The senior sales/account manager is responsible for the account of the automotive safety restraints(seat belt).
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive territorial, customer base and sales strategies.
• Commercial management of General Motor located in North America and develop new customer such as Ford, FCA and other OEMs.
• Develop new business &new programs, acquire new RFQs, coordinate to make on-time quotation with all related internal teams and manage the acquired programs.
• Lead business plan preparation for new program acquisition targets.
• Prepare and conduct sales promotion activities includingsales& technical presentations, through one-on-one or group presentations, formal seminars and etc.
• Weekly, quarterly and annual sales activity report to Korea HQ.
• Research and collect the market information such as market trend, customer requirement or expectation, the activity of the competitor, and make report to Korea HQ on a regular base.
• Ensures constant update of product knowledge and comply with internal administrative policies and procedures
• Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operates at multiple levels in the accounts’ organizations, but also facilitates the executive level interfaces between the company and the accounts.
• Prepare the annual account plan in line with the regional strategy, execute at district level and responsible for the annual account plan at the assigned accounts.
• Coordinate all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involves others where necessary
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor of science degree in engineering, business or marketing
• US Green card or Citizenship
• Minimum of 10+ years of automotive industry experience is essential, preferably at a Tier I company supplying safety restraint systems. GM/Ford/FCA business experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with MS Office
• Excellent customer interface skills and presentation skills
• Strongly results-oriented and customer-focused
• Flexible working hour and domestic &international business travel required.
• Strong self-management andstrong team player with ability to complete tasks on time and results oriented.
• Perseverance, autonomous & positive attitude in complex selling contexts문의사항은
