Position Title : Automated Equipment Engineer

– Requirements
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in ENGLISH and KOREAN
2. A local resident
3. over 3 years of experience in Automated Equipmnet Knowledge, Engineering
4. Experience in customer service with strong emphasis on engineering knowledge

– Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support for the Automated Equipment operation workers
2. Resolve system faults on the Automated Equipment Operation System
3. Coordinate work between 1st-tier technician and manager
4. Coordinate work between US local workers, Korean dispatched workers
