현지법인 관리업무 전반 담당
1)회계/자금 관리, 회계결산, 세무신고, 회계감사 등 실무 수행
2)對본사 재무보고 (월간, 분기) 등 소통
3)사업계획 수립, 신규투자 등 관련 투자 관리, 인허가 업무 지원
4)인사(채용, 급여, 복리후생) 등 관리업무 전반 (Sub)

자격 요건:
1)재무회계 또는 관련 분야 학사 이상
2)미국 현지기업 재무/회계 업무 수행 경험 (최소 5년 이상) *제조업선호
3)한국/미국 현지 문화에 대한 이해 및 소통능력(한국어, 영어) 우수자 선호
4)사업장 인근(오스틴) 거주자 선호
5)AICPA 선호

We are looking for a Finance Controller with about 10 years of experience.

This role requires fluency in both English and Korean. 
The number of employees in Austin is about 50, and it is one of our subsidiaries.

Below is the Role Description and Qualifications:

Role Description:
1)Responsible for overall management of the local subsidiary (Deposition Technology)
2)Performing tasks such as accounting/finance management, financial closing, tax filing, and accounting audits
3)Communicating with the headquarters, including financial reporting (monthly, quarterly)
4)Supporting business planning, management of related investments such as new investments, and licensing tasks
5)Overall management tasks such as HR (recruitment, payroll, benefits) (Sub)

Qualifications:
1)Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2)At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles at U.S. companies (preference for experience in manufacturing)
3)Preference for candidates with a strong understanding and communication skills in both Korean and U.S. local cultures
4)Preference for candidates residing near the business location (Austin)
5)Preference for AICPA certification
