– Oversee all functions involved with RMA between customers and third party communication.
– Track all incoming RMA’s with shipments to go back out to customer in a timely fashion.
– Maintain inventory counts and buffer counts, order buffers, check scrap.
– RMA related service issues with customers.
– Headquarters requests on RMA status as needed/almost daily. Audit conducted every 2 months. This person needs to make sure all processes are set up properly and audits are successful.
– Bilingual English – Korean required
– Biliterate English – Korean a plus
– Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service relations experience
– 2+ years RMA experience required
– 1+ years of 3rd party vendor experience preferred
