We, Golfzon America, are a US subsidiary of Golfzon Co., Ltd, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
We are engaged in a sale of world’s best golf simulators and related business across the States, Canada and Mexico.
Since established in May, 2016, we have experienced significant growth and are seeking sustainable growth in terms of both sales and management. To this end we are looking for assistant manager for accounting and general affairs as follows:

(1) Job Description:
– To keep daily accounting book under the supervision of manager
– To collect team members’ Expense Detail Report (EDR) and perform initial review
– To prepare monthly cash Quick Report
– To help manager prepare monthly and quarterly head office reporting package
– To manage POs from customers and to Head Quarter
– To communicate with Head Quarter on shipping schedule
– To prepare invoice
– Other back-office supporting works asked to do by manager

(2) Salary: DOE

(4) Language: Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred.

(5) Special Qualification: Eagerness to learn and Commitment to the job
