If you feel that you meet the qualifications and are interested please submit your resume. <strong>Job Description</strong> • Consolidation of the IFRS financial statements and other operating data for actual, budget, and forecast purposes. • Maintain the consolidation working papers, and the adjusting and elimination entries. • Analyze business unit financial statements and other related correspondence included in consolidated financial data. • Work closely with the Business, Global Financial Services, Treasury, Tax, and Financial Reporting and Planning functions to ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of the financial data reported in the general ledger and consolidation system. • File federal , state, and local tax documents by preparing property tax returns, state pages, and federal, state, and municipal returns, extensions, and quarterly payments • Maintain legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting, and implementing new or revised laws. • Maintain compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities. • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. • Document financial transactions by entering account information. • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. • Secure financial information by completing data base backups. • Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. • Compile with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. <strong>Qualification</strong> • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related fields • Expereinces in Series Accounting preferred • Proficient in MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), QuickBooks <strong>Benefits</strong> • Health, Vision, Dental Insurance • Paid Vacation • OPT, H1B1, and E2 Employee Visa Support • 401K • Relocation Assistance <strong>Resume sent to:</strong> iseeconsulting114@gmail.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
