Education and/or Experience
Four year University Degree
Engineering/Business/Manufacturing Degree preferred
Experience in Automotive industry preferredLanguage Skills
Must speak English and prefer bi-lingual(English/Korean)Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret the several types of the graphs.Reasoning Ability
Should have the ability to find the root-cause and solve. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer Skills
Should also have well developed computer skills, especially with Microsoft OfficeCertificates, Licenses, Registrations

For the new model try out, low capability production and emergency case, the candidates must work in the Assembly shop floor. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
