I have an opportunity to apply a part time job.
Currently I’m on the H1B from other company (not from the company for this part time job)
Do I need another H1B for this part time job?
What happens if I just try to work?
I really want to do this part time work..(it will be fun!)

PS. nego isn’t an option.

당연히 H-1B 승인받고 일 시작하셔야 합니다. H-1B 두개 이상 가지고 있어도 됩니다.

새로운 H1 없이 그냥 다른 회사의 part-time job을 하게 되면 H1 의 condition을 위반한 것이고, 원칙적으로는 불법체류를 하는게 되지만, 발각될 때까지는 별일 없겠지요. 나중에 영주권 신청할때 I-485 단계에서 최근 몇년간 세금보고 서류를 제출해야 하는데, 그때 발각될 확율이 많습니다. 불법체류/취업 했으면 영주권 안줍니다.
