Full service CPA firm looking to hire full time bookkeeper
• 2-3 years minimum years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel, QuickBooks and other programs. Experience with XERO and Peachtree a plus!
• Must be computer friendly. We are a high tech office and rely on emails, texts, Skype and other electronic communications. We operate in a “cloud” environment.
• Must be able to communicate positively and be a strong team player
• Manage client relationships
• Ability to prepare Financial Statements from bookkeeping/accounting programs
• Knowledge of A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll and sales taxes
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must have the ability to prioritize and handle the pressure of working within tight deadlines
• Any tax preparation experience is also a PLUS!MUST BE OK TO TRAVEL SHORT DISTANCES TO CLIENT SITES!
