    1. AMORE Marketing Manager

     

    Description:
    As Bilingual Marketing Manager, employee will develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. He/she will evaluate customer research, market conditions and implements marketing plan changes as needed.  Plan and Oversee in all marketing activities such as advertising, promotion, PR, CRM etc.,

     

    Report to: Amore VP

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
    • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported
    • Supervise Training team.
    • Marketing/ promotion plan and execution including CRM & VMD

    ·         Coordinating advertising & PR.copywriting, designing, and oversee layouts, production of promotional materials.

    ·         Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.

    • Monthly/weekly progress report of sales & planning.  
    • Project, process, and vendor management
    • Organizational management and leadership

     

    Requirements:

    – Fluently bilingual in English and Korean(both oral and written)

    Experience in cosmetic 5-8+ years preferred

    Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

    Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

    Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
    – Excellent written skills, experience in writing
    – Excellent multitasking and project management skills
    – Proactive, team player who is able to work under minimal supervision
    – Excellent organizational skills and work ethic

    – BA or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience required
     

     

    2. Online Channel Coordinator [Entry-Junior]

    Description:
    As a Bilingual Online Channel coordinator, employee will be an integral member of the Administration team responsible for developing, maintaining online sales aspects including managing SNS, developing web contents, managing products online and more.

    Responsibilities:

    Online Sales Strategy/Development/Maintenance
    – Responsible for confirming online orders and responding to customer inquiries via email

    – Problem solving and general quality assurance 

    – Online Sales market analysis

    Managing online products

    -Update each product’s information via online including advertisement, price, new and out-of-stock products

    – Product contents update and managing promotional events through website as well as channels

    Maintenance of Website Contents

    -Update and managing old and new contents via website

    – Co-work with Headquarter regarding on changing website contents 

     
    Requirements:
    – Fluently bilingual in English and Korean(both oral and written), Chinese plus but not required
    – Excellent written skills, experience in writing
    – Excellent multitasking and project management skills
    – Advanced knowledge of PC Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) 
    – Above average customer service skills with excellent follow-up skills 
    – Proactive, team player who is able to work under minimal supervision

    – Extensive knowledge in Internet Explorer, including social network service

    – Able to travel to Korea for training purposes 
    – Excellent organizational skills and work ethic

    – BA or higher degree in Media, Computer, Communication, Business Managements Required
     

    3. AMORE Visual Merchandising / Graphic Design

    Description:
    AmorePacific is seeking a highly creative individual to join our Marketing Team . As a Visual Merchandiser, he/she will help create the customer’s first impression of AMORE stores. Your responsibilities will include setting up the floor displays, as well as executing Amore design team that develops internal VMD; signage, poster, banner, etc.

    Report to: Marketing Manager


    Responsibilities:

    • Producing suitable yet effective concepts for merchandise presentation
    • Producing quality work in a consistent, timely and organized manner
    • Completing projects on time and being responsible for the project from start to finish
    • Understanding and upholding AmorePacific’s high standards of presentation as they apply to merchandising the selling floor
    • Overall VMD management : SI, Visual, Wide Color, etc
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
    • be able to increase the sales of the store by stargazing the branding and the display of the store events and promotions
    • Working in a safe manner with minimum disruption to the selling process

    • Design & Coordinate production on Internal VMD (Signage, Poster, Banner, Direct Mailer)


     
    Requirements:

    • Creative and have strong experience in retail merchandising at least 3+ years
    • Related experience in retail, design or fashion is desirable
    • Flexibility with schedule, dependent upon business needs
    • Fashion display background
    • Fluently bilingual in English and Korean(both oral and written)
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Design Applications (Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
    • Proactive, self starter who is able to work under minimal supervision

    • Excellent organizational skills and work ethic
    • BA or higher degree in Fashion Merchandising and/or Environmental Design preferred
