Position: IT Specialist
Experience: Entry Level or 1-2 years with equivalent experience
Report to: IT Manager
Role and Responsibility
– Responsible for IT Assets management and IT Helpdesk
– Problem solving and general quality assurance
– Support user’s questions of utilizing systems
– Solve or coordinate system errors
– Trouble Shooting for systems
– Co-work with Headquarter regarding on enhancement of system
Requirements:
– Fluently bilingual in English and Korean (both oral and written), Chinese plus but not required
– Excellent written skills, experience in writing
– Excellent multitasking and project management skills
– Advanced knowledge of PC Applications and hardware (OS, Office, Printer and so on)
– Basic network knowledge
– Above average customer service skills with excellent follow-up skills
– Excellent organizational skills and work ethic
– BA or higher degree in Computer Science, Management Information systems preferred
