    JOON, LLC. d/b/a AJIN USA, located in Cusseta, Alabama is a Tier 1 supplier to Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, LLC (KMMG) and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing America (HMMA). AJIN USA was incorporated in 2008 and engages in the manufacture of metal stamped automobile internal body and chassis parts on behalf of its ultimate parent AJIN Korea, which operates through 13 manufacturing facilities in four countries, including Korea, China, Vietnam, and the United States.

    SEEKING POSITIONS
    – QC Specialist (Officer)
    – Purchasing Specialist (Officer)
    – Sales Specialist (Officer)

    – QC Specialist
    -ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    1) Validates customer quality issues and assign corrective responsibility
    2) Prepares corrective actions on quality issues
    3) Investigates root causes of in-process or customer concerns
    4) Maintains status of daily customer issues

    -Skill and Requirement
    1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
    2) Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required
    3) An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills
    4) Capability to perform multi-tasks

    – Purchasing Specialist
    -ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    1) Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
    2) Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
    3) Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.
    4) Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
    5) Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance
    with company policies and procedures.
    6) Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are
    delivered to site on time.

    – Skill and Requirement
    1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
    2) Minimum two years of Procurement experience or Entry level
    3) Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and experience in ERP
    4) Flexibility to work well in a dynamic, sometimes stressful and demanding team environment
    5) Ability to analyze and evaluate data
    6) Good communication (oral and written), analytical and problem solving skills

    – Sales Specialist
    -ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    1) Generate Daily Issue Report, Inventory, Attendance.
    2) Report inventory, team member and driver’s attendance.
    3) Review shipping check list and daily delivery number.
    4) Review and approve Completed Return Part Sheet daily.
    5) Train new/experience team members of their needs and responsible of training team members’ skill levels.

    – Skill and Requirement
    1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
    2) Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required
    3) Capability to perform multi-tasks
    4) Good documentation and organization skills
