Is it a bad sign if there is no response to your thank you letter after the interview? I had on-site interview with 5 people and sent out thank you notes to 3 of them right after, but only got a positive response from one in 3 days. What worries me is that the hiring manager used to be very responsive after the first round phone interview even though hr did say they would get back to me by next monday with the decision. I know this is a case by case matter but if you have any experience, please share your story with me. Thanks. anxious from ny

I think you should call the manager after a week, and ask what is going on…
