We are currently hiring for the following position: • JOB SUMMARY Administrative Manager is responsible for providing general administrative support to departments, and is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively. • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Responsible for handling general office work and a variety of office-related tasks. -Book travel arrangements. -Asset management of furniture. -Interfacing with internal employees regarding administrative support functions -Ensuring smooth overall operations of the office and addresses related issues. -Coordinate closing out and renewing of Seller’s Permit, Business Licenses, Health Permits, etc. -Renew and bid for better quotes and coverage on business insurance. -Process business liability insurance claim and reimbursement. -Purchase office supplies for Headquarter Offices and Stores. -Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. • REQUIREMENTS ㅣ EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – 2+ years’ experience of Administration/management. – Bachelor’s Degree. • REQUIREMENTS ㅣ SKILL & KNOWLEDGE -Experience with any of the following roles or positions: Office Assistant. -Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with all levels of employees and management and across various functions. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Korean. -Strong analytical and problem solving skills. -Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects and function in a fast-paced environment. -Strong organizational skills, business acumen and change leadership competency. -Strong people assessment and coaching skills.
