    Position: Administrative Manager

    SUMMARY

    This position will be responsible for supporting VPC Head of Department, GM, and Managers in various continuous improvement projects at the Vehicle Processing Centers as well as Headquarters in Irvine, Ca. The responsibilities include reviewing of the current process, data collection and analysis, and reporting. Ability to translate documents from Korean to English and English to Korean, ability to communicate with international guests from Korean Headquarters

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Assist HOD, Managers, and VPC staff in daily business operations:
    ◾Provide direction and support regarding daily production goals and requirements
    Attend daily meetings at VPC:
    ◾Provide understanding of the daily business issues, plans and goals
    Serve as the point-of-contact for HOD and customers:
    ◾Maintain communication with HOD and customers and provide communication to the VPC Manager (GM) to ensure understanding of issues and required actions
    ◾Assist with touring Korean VIPs and visitors around the campus
    ◾Driving on campus and off campus to attend meetings, luncheons, tours, visit customers, etc.
    ◾Assist in conducting daily departmental tours and audit walk through
    ◾Includes all departments, including outside work areas.
    Preparing Reports:
    ◾Update organizational charts with updates (restructures, new hires, terminations).
    ◾Request headcount totals from all staffing agencies.
    ◾Complete GKR Monthly HR Status Report by third week of every month.
    ◾Complete Monthly Headcount Report for Accounting by last day of every month.
    ◾Provide translation for various reports and documents
    ◾Vehicle inventory management reports
    ◾Complete daily reports and report assignments as required
    Other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    ◾Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
    ◾Preferred Education: Master’s degree
    ◾Required Years of Experience: 3+ years experience with Bachelor’s degree
    ◾Preferred Years of Experience: 4+ years experience with Master’s degree

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    ◾Korean/English Bilingual
    ◾Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
    ◾Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
    ◾Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. High level knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
