– Title: Administrative Assistant
– Location: Norcross, GA
– Pay Rate: DOE
– Schedule: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (40 hours/week)Responsibilities
– Attract, recruit, and pre-screen new members (RN’s, Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Social Workers, etc.) for the Care – Management program
– Provide appropriate application packets and instructions to walk-ins and scheduled applicants as needed
– Conduct drug tests and run background checks on applicants as needed
– Obtain and maintain (track expiring credentials) proper credentials and documents from applicants for various roles in accordance with GA state law and Joynus Care policies
– Create and maintain physical and digital files for applicants and employees
– Document service preferences for each care manager (e.g. location and preferred travel distance)
– Monitor email notices from Care Management partners regarding new cases and inform Care Management partners of available care managers accordingly
– Communicate with care managers regarding new assignments and progress report of ongoing case developments
– Verify Care Management Payroll and BillingRequirements
– Bachelor’s degree (Non-major specific) or equivalent work experience preferred
– Communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal)
– Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Prior experience with Avionte and/or Axiscare a big plus!)
