SMG ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTPOSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant will provide support and administrative assistance for Seoul Medical Group, the SMG Director of Provider Relations and SMG Customer Service.RESPONSIBILITIES-DUTIES
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Assist with event planning (catering and venue ordering, marketing supplies, etc.)
• Run errands as assigned including delivery of contracts and obtaining signatures at provider offices.
• Act as a SMG Customer Service Representative at the SMG Seattle Office for both phone calls and walk-ins.
• Attend SMG meetings when needed.
• Assist with outreaching to prospective providers and networking.
• Provide support on various marketing and provider relation projects.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication to all providers.
• Any other task or support required by the Director of Provider Relations, the SMG Board of Directors or AMM Administration Manager.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and routinely handle sensitive information.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in an effective and appropriate manner.
• Ability to perform administrative work involving independent judgment, accuracy and speed with minimal supervision.
