Manage daily accounting and preparation of financial statements . Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS) and enhance accounting methods, policies, and principles. . Develop cash management strategy, while setting and adjusting tax strategy according to changes in laws and regulations. . Prepare income/sales/payroll tax returns and ensure timely submission of all related documents. . Prepare financial reports for senior management, while supporting management of budget and financial performance. . Manage quarterly/ annual audits and establish internal controls and assess its effectiveness. 자격 요건 . Bachelor in accounting, Finance, or a related field. . 5+ years of relevant experience . Technical writing skills in Korean and English. . Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting sofeware, such as QuickBooks and SA . Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations . Ability to extract insights from complicated financial data and provide strategic recommendations. . Leadership skills to foster collaborative and high-performance work environment. .
