This will include maintaining and managing payables, master projects budget file, assisting with journal entries under supervision, preparation of reports and posting to specific accounts. We are looking for a talented finance and strategic accountant that is detail-oriented, agile with a natural curiosity for solving problems. Candidate must be reliable and familiar with accounting, and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and various departments. Scope of Work: Ensure all financial records and statements are in line with laws, regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). In addition, resolve any discrepancies or irregularities he or she finds in records, statements, or documented transactions. Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing material invoices and advance payments for appropriate documentation and approval, prior to payment 2. Assisting in month-end closing 3. Compiles, consolidates and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information. 4. Examines a variety of financial statements and transactions for accuracy, completeness and conformance with accounting standards. 5. Assists in the execution of financial and/or operational audits. 6. Reviews financial and operational procedures to ensure internal controls. 7. Assisting to build and prepare annual and long-term business plan. 8. Meet all other requirements as assigned. Position Requirement: 1. Education • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or related field • Bilingual in Korean is preferred 2. This will include maintaining and managing daily cash summary, master payroll manager, any related journal entries. We are looking for a talented finance and strategic accountant that is detail-oriented, agile with a natural curiosity for solving problems. Candidate must be reliable and familiar with accounting, and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and various departments. Assist with payroll & benefits allocations and journal entries 6. Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status 7. Completing analysis of the employee expenditures 8. Participation in monthly book closing/audit/internal control 9. Meet all other requirements as assigned Position Requirement: 1.
