Now Editing “Accounting Manager” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Position:Accounting Manager Duties : - Record and analyze the company's financial information via Quick books - Analyze and interpret financial information that corporate executives need in order to make sound business decisions. - Prepare financial reports for other groups, including stock holders, creditors, regulatory agencies, and tax authorities. - Review and monitor costs inherent in the business. - Financial forecasting and planning. - Perform variance analysis. - Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. - Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. - Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions. - Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. - Supports budget and forecasting activities. - Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives. - Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions. - Responds to inquiries from the President, Korea HQ and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like. - Work with the CPA firm to ensure a clean and timely year end audit. - Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. - Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. - Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. - Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff. - Support the president with special projects and workflow process improvements. Qualification - BS in accounting and CPA or all four parts of CPA exam preferred. - Prefer 5years + working experience - Previous experience in a corporation in the capacity of accounting manager. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Energetic, detailed-oriented, able to adhere to deadlines in a timely manner. - Leadership and strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation I agree to the terms of service Update List
