Now Editing “Accounting Manager” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Accounting Manager (LA downtown location) Job Description • Support internal and external accounting auditor for review and annual audit report •P repare a consolidate financial report for HQ (Trial Balance, Cash flow, Footnote) • Prepare monthly rolling plan report and yearly corporate business expense plan (allocation of management expense, common expense, etc.) • In charge of IRS income tax audits and supporting accountants for audit preparation • Prepare tax accrual and quarterly corporate estimated tax payments • Review and prepare bank credit line agreements • Review quotations and renewals of business insurance packages Requirements • At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting related major preferred (including Finance) • Must have 5 or more years of experience in SAP & Accounting • Management and Communication Skills to work efficiently • Proficiency with Excel and word required • Ability to handle multiple tasks and timely regular reports • Bilingual preferred in Korean & English I agree to the terms of service Update List
