The ideal candidate will be a personable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized professional capable of handling all office administrative tasks and accounting needs. The responsibilities of this position include. • Manage the day-to-day accounting including accounts payable & accounts receivable • Monthly closing of the financials • Quarterly reporting package • Assist CFO with annual CPA audit and Quarterly Bank audit • Interact directly with other departments to obtain pertinent data as required • Budget maintenance and variance reporting • Analyze financial statements • Reconcile bank statements • Other duties may be assigned Qualifications: • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required • 4~6 years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of accounting cycle • QuickBooks experience preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills • Ability to work independently and in team environment • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills • Bi-Lingual Korean/English Preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • Accounting: 4 years (Required) • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required) I agree to the terms of service Update List
