Now Editing “Accounting- Freight auditor” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Freight auditor Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Complete the invoicing process per routine setup on a weekly basis •Audit and enter all invoice details and related information accurately into freight billing software using software and Excel •Investigate and resolve any rating discrepancies and confirm resolution with customer or carrier •File and/or scan all related paperwork accurately and efficiently and communicate with customer and carrier (vendor) •Maintain excellent relationships with clients and carriers •Monitor customer service issues, ensuring mutual resolution, escalating as required •Assist operation team in order to resolve any rating issues or customer service problems and meet customer service standards •Develop cooperative working relationships with your team, as well as cross-functionally Job Requirements •Requires proficient Microsoft Excel skills especially knowledge of database related functions such as vlookup and pivot table •Prefers 2 years or more experience in transport customer service billing and third-party logistics •Prefers Associate’s degree or above •Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus, but not required •Require excellent communication and customer service skills •prefers experiences with freight management software such as TMW and ERP such as SAP, but not required I agree to the terms of service Update List
