Citizenship: U.S. Citizen, preferred
Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week plus OT (as needed)
Travel: As needed (domestic)> Duties and Responsibilities:
– Bank balance check
– Enter vendor invoices into the system
– Print and send checks
– Send invoices to clients on time
– Process timesheets and PTO forms for contracted employees
– Profit and loss
– Financial Statement
– Contracts Fund Tracking
– Credit Card Reconciliation
– Bank Statement
– Perform HR duties such as payroll, new employee forms and benefits enrollment, and manage monthly payments for benefits> Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
– Proficiency in Quickbooks
– Must have experience in accounting
– Office experience is highly desired
– Must be organized and be able to pay attention to details
– Ability to prioritize given tasks and work under tight deadlines
– Ability to communicate with clarity to both contractors and clients
– Must be able to multi-task on a daily basis
– Must be positive with the highest degree of professionalism
– Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
– Must be able to manage multiple requests and changes on a daily basis> Scheduling:
– Normal work hours are from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday
– Overtime is occasionally required
– Daily lunch break of 30 minutes> Other Details:
