Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: 44k-60K

Company Overview:
The company is an affiliate of Korea’s major power solution provider and the largest ESS solution provider in North America. Since launching the ESS business in 2007, the company has offered total solution with key technologies in global-level ESS system, PCS design, manufacturing, implementation, and service.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all supporting documents are complete for invoice entry and coding.
• Process invoices timely and accurate manner
• Keep the accounts payable inbox up to date daily.
• Prepare monthly Corporate Credit Card statement coding
• File and maintain suppliers and distribute department mail
• Assist in providing audit support as necessary
• Assist with research and/or pulling documentation for internal and external customers as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2 + years of experiences in Accounting is preferred but not required.
• Experience with an ERP/Accounting Software is a plus, preferably SAP
• High proficiency in Excel
• Fluent bilingual in Korean and English
