    Performs professional accounting duties and analysis of financial data in support of various accounting functions that may include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Project Accounting, Property Accounting, Corporate Reporting, Tax Accounting and/or General Accounting. Assists in the day-to-day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger, in preparing basic financial reports and in performing reconciliations.

    · Keeps track of all project costs and department costs for the company.
    · Compare budget with actual cost and share the information with project control department in order to regulate project expenditures.
    · Analyze cost components, such as salary, overhead, and other costs, and look for potential cost saving areas.
    · Create financial forecast for the company every month with “what-if” analysis, factoring in different cases so that the senior management can make timely decisions.
    · Generate cash flow analysis and forecasts and identify potential threats for shortages and suggest mitigation plan.
    · Actively participates in financial budget planning for future years.
    · Create reports for senior management based on the analysis and forecasts for Board of Director’s meetings, and for the parent company about the company’s financial situations.
    · Other duties as assigned

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline with 3 or less years of experience.
    · Basic understanding of Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    · Knowledge of Financial Systems is a plus.
    · Some professional experience applying fundamental concepts, practices & procedures preferred.
    · Experience with Accounting and Financial Systems preferred.
    · Fluent in Korean Communication (both written and verbal), preferred

    · Oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary, good grammar and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
    · Ability to prepare accurate, effective, complete and easily understood written communications and reports.
    · Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, and Proficiency with Excel
    · Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
    · Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information on issues.
    Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
