Along with high-quality products, the Company is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and innovative solutions. <strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> • Daily / Monthly Bank Reconciliation for 6 bank accounts • Loan Management (monthly revolving line of credit) • Working capital management to ensure timely payment for purchase of trading goods • Wire / ACH/ Check payment • Check Deposit / recording all incoming cash receipt • Review commercial invoices and communicate with sales department • A/P Reconciliation • Unrealized gain/loss • Provide support for cash collection testing, search for unrecorded liabilities, payment internal control procedure • Report to IRS and send out Form 1099 to eligible vendors • File and pay timely sales & use tax for GA, TX, DC, MI <strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong> • 4 yr.
