Using patented Shadow-Free Moire’ (SFM) 3 Dimensional measurement technology, the Company’s products provide best-in-class Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for electronics manufacturers worldwide.

    Position Overview:

    This role is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys soup-to-nuts accounting while acting as a right hand partner to the business. The Accountant will be responsible for internal reporting of financials, financial/business analysis and A/R. The opportunity will be right for someone who is high-energy, extremely organized, and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Although it is robust in scope, this position offers great work-life balance, steady hours and flexibility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for month-end close including bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger adjustments and financial reporting
    • Perform full cycle accounts payable and receivable functions daily as well as billing and vendor relations
    • Manage Sales Commissions for Reps and Distributors
    • Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures
    • Maintain assets management
    • Report and present to Management and HQ (Korea)
    • And other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    • 3-5 years’ experience working in accounting in small to mid-sized companies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) and ERP software experience preferred, QuickBooks experience highly desired.
    • Strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail and analytical skills required
    • Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
