Job Title: Bilingual Korean Quality Control Specialist

Job Description:

Bilingual Korean Quality Control Specialist will work with a rubber and plastic mold manufacturing company in Martin, TN. This position develops, implements and manages quality control systems that are designed to ensure continuous production of advanced composite materials and applications. Quality Control Specialist must maintain consistency with established standards, customer specifications and production goals.

Responsibilities:

– Implements standardization and control plans to meet internal and customer needs
– Implements regular manufacturing quality checks/audits, recording and reporting discrepancies promptly
– Implements quality process controls which predispose product quality in lieu of inspecting
– Ensures compliance with appropriate procedures in auditing, testing, documentation and other quality assurance related areas
– Raw material warehousing inspection/production process and assembly process
– Communicates with and/or visits customers and suppliers to discuss specific quality problems
– Provides technical assistance to purchasing, engineering and manufacturing in such areas as interpretation of specifications and related information in connection with the purchase of parts/materials and supplies

Requirements:

– Bilingual in Korean and English
– Bachelor’s degree
– Excellent verbal and written communications
– Attention to detail and organized
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits:

– $40,000 – $45,000 per year
