Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, FASEB Journal, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Current Pharmaceutical Design등을 포함한 과학저널과 학회발표 논문집(conference proceedings)에 출간하였습니다.

We Helped a Postdoctoral Scholar Get His EB2NIW Petition Approved in 2 months.
Recently, a postdoctoral scholar, who has 12 journal publications with citations, had his EB2NIW Petition approved for a green card in 2 months with the help of our law firm. The client’s EB2NIW Petition was filed to the CIS Texas Service Center on April 21, 2011, and was approved on June 23, 2011.
Prior to his filing of EB2NIW Petition, he expressed his immediate desire to obtain his green card as soon as possible so that he would be able to establish his employment eligibility to work in the U.S. as a permanent resident and accept the job position offered to him from a company in the U.S.
We applied our successful evidence preparation method to help him make his EB2NIW stronger, which was again proven to be successful. His EB2NIW was approved in only 2 months without the CIS request for further evidence (RFE).
In his case, we emphasized that he was playing a critical role in NIH-funded projects at a University in California, developing novel methods for the development of new drugs to treat patients who suffered obesity and obesity-related diseases. We presented strong legal arguments that he has made significant original contributions to obesity research and translation initiation in eukaryotes. He made original discoveries of practical significance in the field of peptide and protein chemistry related to obesity research, and the field of biochemistry and molecular biology related to translation initiation in eukaryotes. He published 12 first-authored and co-authored scientific research papers in peer-reviewed professional journals and conference proceeding books, including Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, FASEB Journal, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Current Pharmaceutical Design, etc. He also made presentations 12 times at national and international scientific conferences. The client’s papers have been cited in the investigative works of other scientists as authoritative. In recognition of his expertise in the field, he was also invited and served as an expert reviewer for Peptides, published by Elsevier. We carefully drafted for our client six (6) expert opinion letters in the field of the client’s research, and documented evidences of journal publications, peer-reviewer services, citations of his papers, etc.
Applying our successful evidence preparation method, we filed his applications to the CIS Texas Service Center. Notably, the EB2NIW application prepared and filed by our law firm on April 21, 2011 was approved by the CIS Texas Service Center on June 23, 2011.
